Relax in a friendly, calm and inviting atmosphere
Join our wonderful instructors for our NDIS mindfulness program. Participants can try yoga, dancing, meditation, mindfulness activities and journaling in a friendly, calm and inviting atmosphere.
Yoga mats are provided and participants are encouraged to bring their own cushion and water.
